I would personally define culture as everything about a group of people.  Culture is everything from race, religion, language, and social norms, to things like music, art, hobbies, occupations, architecture,  food, clothing, and likes and dislikes.

This a clash of African Culture and British ideals.   Two completely different cultures at war with one another.

This is Native American culture because shows how they dress, and it is expression, and maybe even religion through dance.
